Driving Instructions:
From the South:
Take New York State Thruway North to Exit 13 N (Palisades Parkway North)
Take Palisades Parkway to Exit 10
At the exit, make a left at the light
Make a right at the next traffic light - this is Little Tor Road
Continue on Little Tor Road to New Hempstead Road
Make a right onto New Hempstead Road and go approximately a mile to Main Street.
Make a right onto Main Street and proceed to the VCS office at 77 South Main Street, a brick building on the right approximately a ¼ mile down the road.
From the North:
Take the New York State Thruway South to the Exit 13 N (Palisades Parkway North)
Proceed as above.
From Route 304 going north or south:
Take Route 304 and make a right (from the north) or left (from the south) onto Congers Road.
Go approx. 1/8 mile, make a left onto Main Street and proceed as above.
By Public Transportation:
From Nanuet Mall, going north toward Stony Point or from Stony Point going south toward Nanuet Mall.
In Rockland County, take the Red and Tan bus to South Main Street in New City and get off at either the Clarkstown Mall or the County Court House. Proceed on foot to the VCS office at 77 South Main Street.
